Are you just looking for a job—or are you looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better, both as a person and as a professional?

LOOKING FOR A JOB OR A CHANCE TO GROW?

Are you just looking for a job—or are you looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and become better, both as a person and as a professional?

There's a big difference between the two at Trony Group. If you see that difference, too, you might be just the kind of person we're looking for.

Our work culture rests on three simple principles:

  • Finish what you start
  • Don't leave for tomorrow; what you can do today
  • Be responsible

We operate in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. That's why we value adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to embrace change. If you're ready to contribute, learn, and grow with us—we'd love to hear from you.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We care about people—not titles. Your age, gender, or formal education are not dealbreakers. What matters most to us is who you are, your motivation, and whether you're ready to work and grow.

For many of our team members, this was their first job, and they've learned everything they needed right here. If you bring motivation and commitment, you'll learn, too.

DEGREES VS. REAL-WORLD KNOWLEDGE

A degree is a plus for some roles, but practical, applicable skills are far more critical.

If you're self-taught, learned on the job, or picked things up through real-life experience—we welcome that. We will treat you with the same respect and opportunities as someone with a formal degree. Your status at Trony depends solely on your skills, attitude, and values.

TIPS FOR A GREAT CV

We've reviewed hundreds of resumes—unfortunately, most say the same thing. If you want to stand out, here are some tips that will help us get to know you, not just your name and job title:

  1. Include a photo. It's not mandatory, but it helps us connect a face to the name and recognize you during the interview.
  2. Be specific about your education. Share your field of study, favorite subjects, why you like them, and your GPA in high school and/or university. We're especially interested in tech-related fields like IT, electronics, or mathematics.
  3. Describe your technical skills clearly. Don't just list "Linux" or "Database Administration." Tell us exactly what you know: Can you set up a network printer? Configure cron jobs on Linux? Install MSSQL? The more detail, the better.
  4. Explain your language skills. Don't write "English – good." Tell us: Can you read and understand technical documentation? Talk to clients all day in English? Maybe your accent is great, but your vocabulary is limited, or you read fluently but struggle with conversation. That's okay—just be honest.
  5. Talk about yourself. Not just your technical skills but who you are as a person. Tell us about your habits, interests, values, ambitions, and what you expect from your job.
  6. Be detailed! If everything you say about yourself fits on a quarter of an A4 page—would you call yourself in for an interview? Focus on substance, not formatting.
