We are proud to announce that Trony Network has been officially awarded EU funding as part of the prestigious EMBRACE project — a cross-border initiative for SMEs in Southeast Europe. Our project, titled "ISOC for RIC – International Security Operations Centers for Reducing the Impact of Cybercrime", is one selected across Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia.
The EMBRACE project, co-financed by the European Union, supports innovative initiatives that enhance SME competitiveness through cross-border cooperation. The project focuses on digitalization, sustainability, and resilience — all pillars that Trony Network has long embedded in its mission.
With this recognition and funding, Trony Network, together with our partners EGIDA Security Solutions (Croatia) and COMVERSUM (Bosnia and Herzegovina), will develop a state-of-the-art international network of Security Operations Centers (SOCs) aimed at 24/7 cyber defense across the region.
As the official Montenegrin project partner, Trony Network will establish and operate a dedicated SOC in Montenegro, serving clients from critical sectors in need of real-time protection, compliance with ISO 27001 standards, and adherence to EU’s NIS2 directive.
Our contribution includes:
This project exemplifies how international collaboration enhances security:
Together with EGIDA and COMVERSUM, we are building not just infrastructure — but a new model for collaborative cybersecurity in the Western Balkans.
With this grant, Trony Network continues its strategic evolution from a national IT integrator to a regional cybersecurity innovator. The SOC in Kotor will serve as a cornerstone for future initiatives focused on proactive threat defense, digital sovereignty, and infrastructure resilience for SMEs in Montenegro and beyond.
