The comprehensive system ensures:

Project Scope: Complete low-voltage infrastructure for a newly adapted retail unit
Systems Designed and Implemented:
- Structured Cabling System (SKS): A fully compliant CAT6 SFTP network with over 90 data ports, centralized through a 42U rack cabinet, patch panels, and TP-Link L3 switches. Full certification and testing of the network were performed post-installation.
- Video Surveillance (CCTV):
- IP Surveillance System: Vivotek IP mini dome cameras integrated via PoE switches for real-time remote monitoring and image transmission.
- Analog Video System: Over 80 HD analog cameras connected to six DVRs with 4TB storage each, ensuring 15-day video retention as per client requirements.
- Fire Detection and Alarm System: A fully addressable Inim-based system with 47 smoke detectors, manual call points, sirens, and integration into the facility's evacuation audio system using Raspberry Pi automation.
- Public Address System: 100V commercial-grade audio system with ceiling-mounted and wall-mounted speakers, centralized amplification, and Internet radio streaming via Raspberry Pi, with full integration with fire alarms.
- Cable Management Infrastructure: Fire-rated, halogen-free cable trays and conduits with E90 performance, ensuring maximum safety and future expandability.
